THE POSITION The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative will be to assist Sales Representatives with customer inquiries, order entry and account maintenance, which will include outbound calling to existing clients.
The CSR will play an intricate role in building relationships with both internal and external customers.
They will also ensure that all DHP customers are serviced in a timely, professional and thorough manner.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING.
Answering/transferring inbound calls to appropriate sales rep.
Document customer information in System.
Receive and process orders.
Participation in ongoing product training is mandatory.
Responsible for maintaining existing relationships with current customers.
Track customer's packages.
Filing duties to maintain customer files & folders.
Enter new prospects/customers in the computer system.
Creating documents such as letters, quotes (work with rep on pricing and cross-referencing products).
Prepare documentation on return products (call tags).
File damaged/lost claims with appropriate carrier.
All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three months related experience and/or training Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions proportions and percentages.
